The shoe was either sold in-store before online fulfillment and is out of stock, or Square flagged the order as fraud. Fraudulent orders are automatically cancelled and refunded. If your order was cancelled but was not fraudulent, please reorder using matching shipping and billing addresses.
Processing and handling time is 1-3 business days. Same-day fulfillment applies if ordered before 3 PM EST, weekends not included. Tracking is included on all orders.
